Biology Club 4/14/11

Hi!!
Today we made 'Sweet Potato Wine!!' in our biology club at school!
We've been working on this project since last week.
As you can see the picture above.... It wasn't a short process -.-

*How to make the wine?
1. Chop the sweet potato
2. Steam it
3. Mix 'Ragi Tape' in it
4. Pit it in a jar or something like that
5. Wait for it to do the whole fermentation thing it self for a few days
6. Blend the sweet potato with water
7. Filter it with cloth
8. Mix it with sugar..
9. -Not yet (we just did step 1-8 this week or should I say the pas two weeks)
